1. 1/2 slice brown bread + 2 egg whites
2. 1 katori veg. daliya
3. 1 katori Veg. poha + 1/2 katori dahi
4. 1 katori upma
5. Idli 1 1/2 medium and thin sambhar (only once a week as it has rice)
6. 1/2 cup milk, 1 paratha (w/o oil) with 1/2 katori curd
7. 1 cup milk + 1/2 bowl fruit
12:30 PM -Lunch
1 1/2 rotis
1 1/2 katori rajma/matar/dal
1/2 katori green leafy vegetable
1 katori curd
1 katori salad
4-4:30 PM mini meal (Any one)
sprouts (6-7 spoons of sprouts) + salad 1 1/2 bowl
l katori green mung dal
1 katori kala channa
1 katori roasted poha/corn chivda
5:30-6:00 PM evening snack (Any one)
1. Fruit
2. bhunna channa 2-3 spoons
3. one walnut and three almonds
and 1 cup of tea
6:30 pm / 7:30 pm Dinner
1 1/2 roti
soyabean/dal 1 katori
1/2 katori veggie sabzi
one curd katori / 1 fruit
